Waste of our time to drive to AC from Andover! Van was filthy. Kaitlin gave us a different "reason" as to why the van was filthy than the "reason" Steve had given us. Also, Kaitlin cut out Textron, which filthy. Kaitlin gave us a different "reason" as to why the van was filthy than the "reason" Steve had given us. Also, Kaitlin cut out Textron, which is where we came across the van, by supposedly offering a lower price. I'm thinking, Zeller must have some deal with Textron to bring in business and feel that is unethical business. Kaitlin also told us for a $100 they would hold the van for us since supposedly there was someone else "trying to get financing" to buy the van. REALLY?! All around very disappointing experience. We most likely will never by from Zeller. More
