He asked me to bring in my Highlander the next day and he would arrange for a loaner car for me to use until the issue was resolved. He took personal oversight of the process and by the end of the day a problem that I had been having for 20K miles was fully resolved. And even though my extended warranty had recently expired, he made sure that the repairs needed on the previous work was covered. Paul and service advisor Linda did an excellent job of getting done what others had not been able to accomplish. More

Above average service center Thankfully the service center is nothing like the sales side of the house here. Service is always friendly and very clear on what they are doing to y Thankfully the service center is nothing like the sales side of the house here. Yes they tend to upsell services recommending them possibly early but I have never had them attempt to recommend a service that wasn't needed. The service crew definitely ensures that our cars stay running well. More
