Yes they tend to upsell services recommending them possibly early but I have never had them attempt to recommend a service that wasn't needed. Went in for routine maintenance I went in for routine maintenance but ended up changing brake pads and rotors and cooling system fluid exchanges which resulted in a big bill. I have always taken my car to the Racine Toyota, thinking they know exactly what car needs and how to make repairs. My only concern is that service managers are just looking for work to be tacked on that may not actually be needed at the time. Customers like me who know nothing about car repairs, must trust the people at Toyota to be honest about what is needed. Thanks for having coffee available and after reading the instructions, I finally figured out how to get water out of that dispenser!! I will continue to use your services. Thanks. More
