15k Tacoma service Had a bit of time on my hands last Friday afternoon and stopped into Racine Toyota for my Toyota Care free 15k service. Even though it was a Friday and an unscheduled visit, I was able to get in and out in quick order. Ashleigh took care of everything. While waiting in the customer area, I even stuck my head into the internet service area where Kassandra did an update on my profile and change an outdated email address I had on file with my new email. Check engine light and several others stayed on after startg No issue with dealership. I am not even sure what that is or if I said it correctly. It is under warranty for 10yr/100K. My warranty expired 10 days ago due to the 10 year mark. I called Toyota and spoke with Matthew. His quote was “it doesnt matter if it is 1 minute or 1 mile out of warranty, Toyota will not cover it.” I have only purchased Toyota (2) or Lexus (2) vehicles in the last 10 years. Four vehicles in total and all purchased new. Right now, I really dont care to purchase another product. More

Check up and tire rotation. I was very happy with my experience. I brought my car in and it was received immediately and I was asked if I wanted a car wash. The car was finishe I was very happy with my experience. I brought my car in and it was received immediately and I was asked if I wanted a car wash. The car was finished on time and looked great. I was having some breathing problems when I picked up my car. The service man was very concerned and offered to call a rescue squad. I said that was not necessary but I didn't think I could walk out to the parking area to get my car. The gentleman immediately ran to the lot and drove my car right up to me. He made what could have been a difficult experience so much easier for me. You have some very caring and helpful staff! More

Always top-notch service I came in for an oil change and to address a rattle I thought was the muffler. In addition to the full-service oil change (complete with tire rotation I came in for an oil change and to address a rattle I thought was the muffler. In addition to the full-service oil change (complete with tire rotation and car wash) the rattle was identified as a loose heat shield. It was repaired quickly. They always check for recalls, recommended maintenance, and signs of wear, but never push you to do anything you don't want to. Very nice waiting area with coffee and free wi-fi. More
