We have all our service work done there and have recently bought 2 , 2019 Rav4- Hybrids. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Calvin Rotes as our salesman. Calvin explained and guided us thu the different possibilities of vehicles and explained all the different features in a professional manner, again making us feel like he really wanted our business. We would return to Racine Toyota again and would highly recommend Calvin Rotes More

Installation of parts I stopped in to check on availability of my parts which we in. Asked if they could do the install and they squeezed me in and were done in 45 minutes. My experience at Racine Toyota I had Chuck as my salesman. He was wonderful, very polite and made me feel very comfortable. As thankful I was to be greeted with a smile. It wasn’t c I had Chuck as my salesman. He was wonderful, very polite and made me feel very comfortable. As thankful I was to be greeted with a smile. It wasn’t chuck that was the issue. There was a small scratch on the brand new vehicle I purchased. It was late and my plates wouldn’t be available till Monday , I also had to drop off my spare key from my trade in. So we decided that I can come back Monday to handle the scratch and everything else. I was assured it “the scratch” was no big deal and that department would handle it no problem. I felt good about the situation. Monday, 22 of July I can back around six. There was chuck , again greeted me with a smile and took my vehicle back to get taken care of instantly. No questions asked . Unfortunately, TWO HOURS later , I finally got the truck back and the scratch was still visible. They had kinda cleaned it again. In a half xxx way. At this point it was dark and I couldn’t see until the next morning that when they “cleaned “ it they left marks down my hood , they also sprayed something on my driver door that to this day is visible like a stain. I can’t believe how after two hours they could get the scratch completely out and how sloppy they did kinda cleaning it. I’m very unhappy with the situation. That department needs a reality check about respecting customers cars and there job. At this point I’m at a loss for what to do. It’s to bad because Chuck can only do so much. After they clean a vehicle isn’t there someone who would inspect it to make sure it’s in tip top shape for the customer. It’s a sad situation that could have easily been handled without any issues. The scratch is still visible and the driver door still has the over spray stain on it. I’m hesitant to even bring it back there to get an oil change. Chuck was great , but unfortunately there r people there that obviously don’t care More

My salesman Steven Apel at Racine Toyota We've all had the typical car dealer experience that makes you feel like you're being lied to and ripped off. My salesman Steven Apel at Racine Toyota was the exact opposite of that. He was kind, generous with his time, and worked with me through the whole process. He was the main reason I decided to buy at this dealer. The guys in finance were also a pleasure to work with. There is a solid culture of good natured people at this dealership and it was a refreshing experience. More
