Had a great experience with our purchase. We pretty much knew what we wanted when we arrived. We came with an appointment and were greeted right away, although not by the person who scheduled We pretty much knew what we wanted when we arrived. We bought the car after a good test drive. Overall, the experience was good and worthy of the 5 stars. But there were a few areas that could be improved. Foremost, was that I felt we knew the vehicle better than our salesperson. I know it's hard to know everything about every vehicle, but I expected more. She was very helpful and we looked up features on YouTube together. Once we decided to purchase, the paperwork took 2.5 hours. We arrived at 6:30, got to our test drive around 7:00, and told them we wanted to purchase at 8:30. Then we didn't leave until after 11:00. Everyone was helpful along the way and I'm glad they took time to answer our questions, but it would have been great if the process were more streamlined. More
