An unfortunate MVA necessitated me to replace my newly leased Highlander from a great distance. Lee Ann was so helpful in relacing my vehicle, and even drove 500+ miles to deliver it. Polite service although the up-selling & exaggeration about needing a new engine and cabin air filter was a huge turn-off. I installed new ones and knew I wouldn’t need those.
