We were greeted by Erica upon our arrival and while she was apparently new, she knew whom to pull in as we had questions during her presentation. Both Erica and the rest of the staff were more than cooperative in answering our concerns and went to great pains to put us at ease. I've had Camry's for about 20 years now. I had previous good experience with Gentile. Their service department is wonderful! Jim Nielsen was very pleasant and helpful. Our salesman, Dave Paulson, was very informative and listened to what features we were truly interested in. Rather than try and sell us a car available on the lot, he and the sales manager, Kevin, imme listened to what features we were truly interested in. Rather than try and sell us a car available on the lot, he and the sales manager, Kevin, immediately went to work to find the exact car we wanted. We received a call that night that the car had been located, and was on its way to the dealership. We were able to view the invoice price paid by the dealership, which confirmed that we had received a reasonable offer. There was no game-playing. The special offers (.9% financing, 2 years free maintenance) also helped a lot. Carlos in finance was helpful as well. When it was time to pick up our new Prius, Dave was very thorough in going over all the features. We recently received a call from Dave (on his vacation no less) asking how things were going. We also received follow-up calls from the sales manager. We couldn't have asked for a better stress-free experience. More

He made sure I was aware of every single option available to me! Both Theresa and Carlos made me feel comfortable and proud of my purchase. More
