I appreciated the fact that from our first meeting he looked me right in the eyes and was upfront and honest with me. There is a sincerity about Robert that is impossible to fake. I need to feel like I trust the person I’m buying a car from. I definitely feel that I can trust Robert. He worked with us to match a quote given by another Toyota dealer. He asked us over and over if we had questions. Then, he spent time with us and made sure we had the answers we needed. He did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others. I look forward to working with them in the future. More

Ther I bought my very 1st new car at Racine Toyota. Chris was really helpful with my endless questions. He made the whole process move along smoothly. Theresa was very helpful with presenting me the different financing options available. I didn't feel any pressure from either. Since I had to get to work immediately after purchasing my Yaris, Chris had set aside time for me 2 days later to explain the "bells and whistles" of the vehicle. Joe also helped immensely by setting up the bluetooth and showing me how to use it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. More
Great experience for first-time new car buyers So my wife and I have always been used-car buyers. We simply couldn't afford new nor thought it wise given the drop in value as soon as you drive it o So my wife and I have always been used-car buyers. We simply couldn't afford new nor thought it wise given the drop in value as soon as you drive it off the lot. But with our particular combination of contradictory needs, the Prius ended up being our best choice. And with Toyota offering 0% financing on new ones, combined with their high resale value, it put the price just barely in our range. So we went looking. Neither one of us likes stepping foot onto a lot and going through the bother of chatting up a sales rep, so discovering that most dealers do a lot of interaction through online chat made quite a difference. We were in contact with a number of different dealers online, through email chat and text. The first thing we noticed is that the big bold highlighted price on every dealer's website has a lot of rebates and discounts already baked into it. For instance, at the time we were looking, Toyota had a $500 rebate on financed cars, a $1,000 (or $1,500, I forget which) rebate on cash sales, and a $750 loyalty discount if you're already a Toyota owner. This accounted for the majority of variation among prices. Another problem we found was that one dealer kept listing some of their Prius Twos as Threes (upgraded interior features). So if you're comparing prices between dealerships, the first thing you need to do is get them to explain what discounts and rebates are already included in the price. And don't let them lump them together under "dealer and manufacturer incentives"--have them itemize. Email is great for this. Second, and admittedly this is something we didn't do, have the dealer itemize the additional fees that will be included (title, registration, taxes, etc.). Again, have them break those fees out individually. I guarantee this is the only way you'll be able to compare prices fairly. Now, as to this particular dealer, they were not the cheapest. In fact, their service fees were higher than anyone else's, by a few hundred dollars. But since we didn't itemize the quotes from the other dealers, I couldn't say if we were comparing apples to apples. But these folks were very good at responding quickly and were willing to cut a deal in exchange for a fast sale. There was no pressure once we were on the lot. They offered to take a look at our current car for trade-in value (which we were not planning on) and did it reasonably quickly. Financing went smoothly, we got to meet a number of key people at the dealership, and we were treated like valued customers. It wasn't an ideal experience, of course. But they were honest with their shortcomings (the dealership is under new management and will be moving locations soon, so there were a couple of things still in flux, as it were), and the negatives were pretty superficial. So, in short: do as much research as you can online, feel free to pepper them with questions (they were happy to respond, no matter how many we threw at them), and make sure you know exactly what you're getting into before you step foot on the lot to buy. We left with a brand new Prius and the confidence that we were treated fairly and got a good deal. Would recommend and would come back again! More
Purchasing a used car I needed a new "used" car and was initially looking for a Nissan Altima. I looked online for cars and thought I would give Racine Toyota a try. When I needed a new "used" car and was initially looking for a Nissan Altima. I looked online for cars and thought I would give Racine Toyota a try. When I got there, a young man named Aaron Redding helped me. I was a bit skeptical because he was so young. He was very patient with me and not pushy (which I would have not liked). He was willing to show me many cars that would fit my needs. He listened when I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He was polite and very personable. He sold me a Ford Fusion, which would never have been on my list of cars to purchase. I only got the car yesterday, but I love it. He told me if I have any problems or questions to call him. Obviously I had some contact with others who have higher positions than Aaron does. Everyone was very nice. I would recommend family and friends to go to a Racine Toyota to look for a car and definitely ask for Aaron Redding to help them More

I returned after the purchas I know I will return to this dealership because of Jason Webster. He showed he cared about what I wanted in my vehicle. I returned after the purchase to have running boards put on and they were installed in a timely manner and they treated me as I was the only person there. Sales and Service people were all amazing. This experience makes me love my Toyota even more! Robert Rode More

Jason Webster is quick to use words like "misunderstanding" and "miscommunication" to cover up all his blunders and outright deceptions. He does not add anything to the otherwise good employees at Racine Toyota (Robert Rocha & Linda Salinas). Avoid dealing with Jason if you can. He kept saying he wanted me to be satisfied and a customer for life but his actions certainly did not mimic his words. He will take advantage of you if you do not carefully review every document and question anything you did not agree to. He is not an ethical trustworthy person. Best to avoid this dealership if you want a good buying experience as long as Jason is around. My new car purchase was not a happy one and I have the car everyday to look at to remind me of my experience with Racine Toyota and Jason Webster. More

Racine Toyota was one of three dealers giving me a price on the car that I wanted and even though they were the middle bid for my business, I thought that I would give them a try. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and spent time going through the process with me. Joe Jardina was extremely helpful and spent as much time with me as my wife and I felt we needed to understand and be comfortable with our new car. We purchased a Camry Hybred. More
