Horrible Experience We went in to test drive a car on a Saturday and were met by Jim L. He was very nice and professional. We were not looking to buy on Saturday but knew that we would be back to look over the cars and talk pricing again when we had more time. We went the following Monday and were met by a woman who said she was really new and didn't know much about the pricing options or sales. She passed us off to the rude, inconsiderate manager who proceeded to talk down to us and tried to sell us the lower version of the car when we wanted the mid range. When I started trying to negotiate with him, he started telling us about how things aren't like they used to be and they need to make a profit. I'm all about you making a profit, but not when it comes to us being ripped off when we know we can get a better price elsewhere. I asked him for a quote on what we were talking about and he wouldn't give me one. He said a hand shake is just as good as a paper quote. I'm sorry, but it's not, and you're trying to make it so that I can't shop elsewhere. You may be the only game in town, but there are a LOT more Toyota dealerships in Wisconsin. We got up to walk away because we weren't getting anywhere, he didn't say a word to us. Never recommending them or shopping there again. More

2014 Corolla LE I went into Toyota to see what they would give me for a trade in. I was met at the door by Ken and the process started from there. I was given an offer for my trade in and my husband disagreed with it and so they offered me more which I thought was a fair price for my trade in. Then I gave Ken a price I would like to pay a month for new car and told him I wouldn't go over. He made it happened even while giving me the car with all the options you could want included. I would recommend buying a car from Ken! More

Our salesman, Joe, was extremely helpful and after showing us several Prius options, new and used, we settled on a new one. We feel that we were offered a great price (lower than the internet price) and the whole process was pressure free and very friendly. The follow up was very thorough as well.
