I recently had my Scion in for service like i usually do every month or so. The reason i brought it in was because my suspension was making a clunking noise upfront. after they completed the repair and char every month or so. The next morning when i got in the car to go to work i noticed a big black grease spot on my seat and carpet by the pedals. I contacted them and they said that they use seat covers and thats impossible. They did offer to try and remove it for me, but i would be charged for it. I work in an office and dont play with grease. It obviously came from them. Now my tan interior looks horrible, just because someone couldn't use a seat cover. More

Bessie is a lovely person she was kind and not pushy at all, the weather was bad outside but she didn't mind she was happy to help us in any way possible. After spending weeks looking for the right car I found I wanted a scion tC. My old car had had a ton of problems cause it was a salvage vehicle, then the head gaskets started going. I was so fed up I called Racine Gentile Toyota and spoke with Tom K. He had me in my scion that same day. I love my scion and I enjoyed working with Tom and the rest of the crew there. The service was fast and excellent the pricing on the car was excellent as well. Prior to coming to Frank Gentile, we scoured the Milwaukee, Chicago, and Twin Cities hoping to find a specific Highlander. Needless to say, we were happy to find what we wanted right here in Racine.
