I’ve used this dealer several times since moving to the area. The only thing I would say you could work on is guest engagement. When I entered the service area twice, none of the service advisors greet area. The only thing I would say you could work on is guest engagement. I think someone should look up and greet guests who walk in the building. It makes me feel like I’m not important. Once I did talk to your team they are helpful and friendly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a quality used car what within days of driving it off the lot multiple things happened and are continuing occur. Sent my son to Serra Toyota but he went to the wrong dealership and ended up here and know one told him he didn't have a reservation and clearly was at the wrong dealership. Cost me $50 for an oil chang dealership and ended up here and know one told him he didn't have a reservation and clearly was at the wrong dealership. Cost me $50 for an oil change but Serra Toyota would have done for free due to lifetime oil change agreement. They could clearly see he was serviced in the past by Don Jacobs Toyota(Serra now). I wasn't happy but you live and learn. Ziegler Toyota dropped the ball well so did my son but what does he know he's only 16. More
