Poor service This is the third visit to the shop (for different reasons) in the last two months. The very first visit was due to tire pressure dropping substantia This is the third visit to the shop (for different reasons) in the last two months. The very first visit was due to tire pressure dropping substantially. I dropped my vehicle off and when i picked it back up, the technician stated that there was nothing wrong with the tires. In less than a week later, the psi dropped in the same tire i was concerned about by 8 PSI and then had to work with them during the covid restrictions only for the next technician to find a Large nail in the tire. I don't know how the first technician missed this but atleast the second trip was successful. Then this last trip was for the routine maintenance plan of my leased vehicle. I was notified that the vehicle was ready for pickup and discovered that the glove box was sitting on the floor of the vehicle. I went back and asked for a technician to put it back together, only to discover that the cabin air filter had been removed but never replaced per the maintenance plan. It was extremely discouraging with all the issues that I have recently experienced with a Dealer Service Center. More
I bought my brand new 2015 Subaru Legacy from this dealership 5 1/2 years ago. I've never taken my car to be serviced anywhere but here because I trusted them. Throughout those 5 1/2 years it's been n dealership 5 1/2 years ago. I've never taken my car to be serviced anywhere but here because I trusted them. Throughout those 5 1/2 years it's been nothing but a headache. My car was consuming oil for years with several complaints from me and several times bringing it in to be looked at before they found a leak in the head gaskets. Big job. It took them 7 weeks and a day to finish the job on my car. I go to pick it up excited to have it back after so long and the check engine light is on. I have to leave it with them again because the service department was closing. A few days later I'm called and told the grill shaft needs replaced which is causing the check engine light to be on. Another big job. At this point I make some phone calls, and speak with the dealership manager in person. I Leave not knowing when my car will be finished. Three hours later I get a call that my car is ready to be picked up. Come to find out the drive shaft was only blocked by debris and they got it all cleared out, check engine light is off. I find it ironic that after I made my appearance, and they knew I was not happy about the entire situation, that my car was no longer in need of a new drive shaft. Beware. I've spent a lot of money here. If you're willing to spend money for the sake of your car, buy elsewhere, get services elsewhere. My long-term relationship with Bob Rohrman Subaru in Lafayette is over. More
Would give zero stars if allowed. Horrific customer service. Had my car for 4 hours. Was told would need to order a part. Upon picking up my vehicle found that they had the part in stock (passenger sid service. Had my car for 4 hours. Was told would need to order a part. Upon picking up my vehicle found that they had the part in stock (passenger side mirror) but did not install it. Had to schedule another appointment and then will have to take it to another location myself to have it painted! Waste of my time and very expensive. After this repair will never take my Subaru there again! More

The Subaru Company should be ashamed of this dealership! The service team (even the manager) refused to work on my Subaru vehicle because we did not buy it from them. They also refused to look up our contract to see if our problem was covered under a warranty we purchased. If you wonder why we didn't buy from Bob Rohrman Subaru and instead drove an hour away to buy from another dealer - THIS IS WHY!! Terrible customer service and shady dealings. More
