I had an oil change appointment on 6/23/20 for my Outback. I was appalled that NO ONE at Bob Rohrman Subaru was wearing a mask. That is unacceptable given the current COVID 19 health concerns. No one in the service department or waiting area or sales area of the dealership had one on. An oil change sticker was not put in my windshield like usual either. I will take my Subaru business and service else where from now on. I took my Honda for the same oil change service the next day to a dealership in Avon. They were so much better with regards to welcoming me, following up while my vehicle was getting worked on, and everyone was weak mask. They talked to me in person instead of calling me. They had plastic coverings on my seat and steering wheel too. It was so much better. More

Excellent Overall Service It was easy to schedule online. I received email reminders about my appointment and a phone call the day before to finalize what was to be done. Express Service is not Express When Subaru bought that new service center for Bob, Express was no appointment, pull right in for oil change etc and the first time I did it went fast When Subaru bought that new service center for Bob, Express was no appointment, pull right in for oil change etc and the first time I did it went fast and smooth. Second time (less than a year later) the girl behind the counter talked at me like I was evil incarnate as how dare I pull my car in here without an appointment. It took 2 months to finally get an appt. time that worked for me (no fault on Rohrman) and I was on time. Austin asked if I wanted a car wash, told him as long as that is included, he said yes, I asked how long all this would take and he said 45 minutes. Just shy of 2hr.s my car was done but not washed. If you tell me it will take 45mins then I consider 1hr acceptable. If I set up an appointment for 10am, would you still let me in if I showed up at 11?? Stop calling it "Express"! More
