I brought my car in for a recall notice and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived several says later I was told the repair person who would do the wok wasn't there on the day my appt. was scheduled. So I appointment. I asked that my car not be run thru wash because I had just paid to have it detailed. That didn't happen but car was backed into parking spot.
