The issue with my vehicle was diagnosed correctly the first time and the repair was completed when the said it would be. I have no issue with the service staff, everyone I dealt with was friendly and pro first time and the repair was completed when the said it would be. I have no issue with the service staff, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. What I do have a small issue with is the diagnostic fee. I can understand being charged such a fee if I took my vehicle in with an issue, they diagnosed the problem, then I decided not to have the repair done. But in the cases where I do decide to have the repair completed at their facility they should consider greatly reducing the diagnostic fee or eliminating it all together. Just my thought on the subject. More
