We were given the runaround for 5 weeks while our car at the dealership for service. The dealership was going to let us pay close to $1000 for something the warranty company accepted and paid in the end. I almost never felt as if the dealership was on my side during the lengthy process. Cory in the service department was the only person who seemed invested in keeping me informed or working FOR me, the customer. My service contact, Joey, was unacceptable in every way and lied to us on multiple occasions that the car was "almost ready" only for us to find out from the tech that the work on our vehicle hadn't even been started. The service manager, Karalee, never attempted to become involved. I had to seek her out when the work was finished just to let her know what had happened over the previous 5 weeks. She was apologetic in the end, but I believe she should have been involved or at least reached out to me once it was obvious that the process had been so problematic. More
