I work for another local dealership but came here the since my vehicle is a Subaru. I came in and the service advisor was very nice and pleasant but never got a receipt for the first service.l, was told since my vehicle is a Subaru. The dealership did not have anything to offer to service customers, except water. I had a special coupon that I made the service representative aware of, as soon as I arrived. When I returned to the dealership she did take me down to the accounting office to get the adjustment. I just don't trust the process at the dealership. Bob rhorman suggested that my Subaru, which would get 30-25mpg prior to an exhaust system change, was getting 15mpg after the replacement because it needed a 1300 dollar tune up.
