Very friendly staff, accommodating, kept me informed while I was there for my oil change. But… I was charged for a new oil plug as they said the old one had been ruined and needed replaced. Both times being at this dealership…. If something happened to it, it must have been done by one of your service guys. ALSO, for the past 2 months, every time I start my car, I get an error message via Starlink. I asked the service department about it while I was there, and was told to just “redo the app and start over”…. Not sure how to do that and it still happens with every start… really thought someone could walk me the unit while I was there. More
Technicians did a good job, but they charged me $25 for a rental for less than 4 hours. Quite silly rental for less than 4 hours. Quite silly More
When I purchased my Subaru from Bob Rohrman with an extended warranty they swore I would get my windshield replaced for free if it cracked. My windshield cracked and I went to Bob Rohrman and scheduled extended warranty they swore I would get my windshield replaced for free if it cracked. My windshield cracked and I went to Bob Rohrman and scheduled for it to get fixed. The warranty claim was not filed and it didn’t get fixed. While I was there I also got an oil change. I had issues with that also Two weeks later the warranty claim was filed and it was going to cost me $400 to get my windshield replaced which is a lot more than free. I went through my insurance instead and got it replaced. After my car got an oil change Bob Rohrman gave me an estimate for my 50,000 mile car with everything my car needed. They stated my car needed brakes, air filter, cabin filter, fuel injector cleaning, spark plug change, differential fluid changed in front and rear diffs. All of that for the small price of $2,700. I took my car to my trusted mechanic for a second opinion we put the car on the lift and checked everything Bob Rohrman stated I needed. After review I did not need anything Bob Rohrman stated I needed. More

This car is listed under my husband's name. I have loved this service in the past. My most recent visit took longer than expected and was given a list of things that need to be done to my ve I have loved this service in the past. Those items were not needing to be done as confirmed by my husband and another outside source. I feel like because I'm a woman this particular team/manager was trying to take advantage of me. It's making me re-think of where to take my vehicle for service in the future. As for recommendation? It will be given with a warning. More
