Not a great experience I have gone to the service department and haven't had a good experience. One time they asked me to wait an hour, which was fine. However after 3 hou I have gone to the service department and haven't had a good experience. One time they asked me to wait an hour, which was fine. However after 3 hours they still hadn't worked on my car. When I wanted to get my recalls done. they told me that it would take one hour. Then, they backtracked and said it would take closer to 5. I did my arrangements for this on-line from a link that was sent to me. They said that the on-line portion should have been shut off. Overall... the people are nice. However, It was extremely disorganized and I get told different things from different people. The service area would be the main reason I would NOT buy a Subaru in the future. More

Worst experience! Booked appointment in November for a December date when my son returned home from college with his Subaru. Oil change, air bag recall, 25 point inspection, and ordered a replacement key. December date when my son returned home from college with his Subaru. Oil change, air bag recall, 25 point inspection, and ordered a replacement key. They called me right back because they needed payment to order key. I was happy to give them my credit card info. Showed up 6 weeks later for appointment. They had no record of my appointment and they had not ordered key. They kindly did all but said I would need to come back the next week for the key. Frustrating, but what choice did I we have. They told me they hadn’t ordered the key because they had written the credit card info down incorrectly. They then said that they did not know my phone number to call for correct info. But they had called me already to get the card info in November. They said they remembered calling me, but in the same sentence said they didn’t have my number. They did have a second phone number listed and said they called it with no response. But that number was my Mom’s number( it had been her car), and she said no one called her. I picked car up, and paid for the key. I came back a week later for the “30” minute key programming appointment. 90 minutes later I finally got my car back. I had not driven this car except to and from the dealer for these appointments. As I pick up the key the technician says, “ by the way, you have a tail light out and your brakes really should be replaced. “. AAARRRGGHH! Did they even do the inspection the week before? Very dissatisfied and disappointed in Bob Rohrman Subaru. More

After I'd been there around an hour or so, I bumped into KaraLee and was soon on my way to pick up my husband from another appointment in a loaner Outback, since both of ours were undergoing routine maintenance at the same time. Also, we have enjoyed chatting with April during various visits. More
