Well my experiences with Bob Rohrman Subaru service are not that great. First of all there is no express lane service, you have to schedule an appointment for basic service needs, lof, filters and rotation not that great. This is very unsettling, I have been in automotive industry for 15 years, never heard of a dealership or any mom and pop not taking any walk-ins., Also when they did my cabin air filter, they forgot to attach my glove box lid dampner, so it dropped down with a bang when i opened it. I was able to get it attached. just very annoyed. Ive recommended multiple friends and family members to buy subarus, feel bad for them having to get service at rorhmans More

Not a great experience I have gone to the service department and haven't had a good experience. One time they asked me to wait an hour, which was fine. However after 3 hou I have gone to the service department and haven't had a good experience. One time they asked me to wait an hour, which was fine. However after 3 hours they still hadn't worked on my car. When I wanted to get my recalls done. they told me that it would take one hour. Then, they backtracked and said it would take closer to 5. I did my arrangements for this on-line from a link that was sent to me. They said that the on-line portion should have been shut off. Overall... the people are nice. However, It was extremely disorganized and I get told different things from different people. The service area would be the main reason I would NOT buy a Subaru in the future. More

Customer Service is key KaraLee and Terran are excellent customer service persons. Very helpful. After I'd been there around an hour or so, I bumped into KaraLee and was soon on my way to pick up my husband from another appointment in a loaner Outback, since both of ours were undergoing routine maintenance at the same time. The best I bought my Outback at Rohrman and have taken it to the dealership every 6,000 miles for servicing. I am treated super and the mechanics do an excellent job on my car. I always wait. They have a wonderful lounge and the car is ready at the time they predict. I would never take my car anyplace else. When it comes time for a new car I will go to this dealer. Thank you. More
