Needs more attention to details in service Second time I had it service for warranty work and both times requested carwash and neither time did they wash it. Mechanically all repairs done properly even though I had to keeping calling to get updates since they did not call me with a time frame even after 2 weeks... More

Seems like the service is going downhill. I’m lossing trust. My tire tread seems to have grown >5mm in a couple months (since last oil change) and my brake pads have grown as well... The box is checked that I don't need maintenance, while I haven't had any milestones in maintenance completed. Also, I asked how much 100k maintenance would be a couple months ago, but asked for an actual estimate this time around and the price grew by $1000... hmmm... Finally, I have tires rotated every oil change and started marking them. I found they are not rotated properly and when I go to have air checked after service because my tires don't feel right, Ive gone back after tire rotations and get told ”there is way too much air in there and it's dangerous”, but it's the technicians that last put air in them. Sometimes it's low and my light comes on a couple weeks after rotation and other times the pressure is all over the place after rotation. I go to the service center and pay the premium in faith that the inspections are accurate and the service specialists will let me know when maintenance need to be performed, but that’s not happening. More
