It was Day 2 for changing their hours so we did have a long checkin line. My appointment was for 8:30 & nobody called me to let me know they wouldn’t be open until 10:00am. Since expansion service has gotten sloppy. Seems to be no reliable process for handling questions about work done and in returning vehicle to owners. We were there for our 2 month service. There were no problems with our vehicle, and we got to have a really nice visit with Josh Gray.. Two recalls and oil, lube, filter done in one visit I like the service personnel and the efficiency they bring to scheduling. Our Subaru Forester had two recalls and the parts had arrived for both. I needed the vehicle the next morning and I picked it up and headed to Illinois for a visit. My only problem is the loaner we were given. We were perfectly happy with our 2016 Forester until we got a 2020 Outback. Now we are having to consider buying an Outback. Next time I will take a 5 to 10 year old Subaru for a loaner. More

The Rohrman service department worked diligently trying to figure out the root cause. They changed out multiple components trying to isolate the issue. It was a very time-consuming process but they did a great job of sticking with the issue until they found the problem. The service representatives, especially Ashley, kept me up-to-date with the status of the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Each member of the service department that I worked with showed a genuine interest in helping alleviate my concerns. More
No communication I have never had an issue until this time. I was told my car would be ready to pick up at 4:00 PM. I arrived at 4:20. I was told by the customer service person that my car would not be done until the next day. Why didn't anybody call me and let me know? I then had to find a ride for the next day to be able to get to work!!! More
My wife and I are completely blessed to have a car dealership that still knows what TRUE customer service is all about. Everyone went above and beyond to help us get through our issues with our Outbac dealership that still knows what TRUE customer service is all about.
