I reverently purchased a 2018 Subaru crosstreck from Bob Rhorman and my boyfriend recently bought a Dodge truck from a different dealership (name is n I reverently purchased a 2018 Subaru crosstreck from Bob Rhorman and my boyfriend recently bought a Dodge truck from a different dealership (name is not necessary). But the difference between the two dealerships is unreal! I am constantly getting checkups from Bon Rhorman and the shower me with small gifts. Really makes you feel important. Whereas my boyfriend has not heard from his dealership since purchasing his new truck. Thank you Bob Rhorman for being consistent and making me feel like a truly valued customer. More

Pete Sturm got us in the right car. Long story short -- My wife and I had been shopping for the right car to replace our 210k miles 2004 Camry, but this time we wanted all-wheel drive. Long story short -- My wife and I had been shopping for the right car to replace our 210k miles 2004 Camry, but this time we wanted all-wheel drive. We went to Rohrman Subaru to look at the Legacy -- handled well, rode well, good car -- but the trunk was not as accessible as we wanted. You almost had to climb in to get anything out of the back of the trunk. Pete Sturm recommended we look at the Outback, and thought we'd like the six-cylinder, since that's what our Camry had. He found just the right car for us - trim line, color, options (inc. the entire active safety suite) - that was already in Rohrman's delivery pipeline, and put our name on it. Got us a great deal as well. He could have pushed to sell us a Legacy off the lot, but thought we'd be happier with the Outback, even though it meant waiting. Nice guy! Not your stereotypical car salesman. That was in October 2016, and here we are in Nov. 2017 with over 25,000 trouble-free miles on our 2017 Outback, and couldn't be happier! More

Dealer was unwilling to fix a safety issue with a used car (2015) that I wanted nor give a discount to cover the cost and inconvenience of fixing a car that I was about to finance. Was perfectly fine with selling my an unsafe care. I understand that some cars are "as is", but this is not Jethro's Auto Sales or a private seller on CR 700. More

We gave him a list of used cars we wanted to see and he went out of his way to get them. There were no hard sales tactics, he just listed to what we wanted. We decided we wanted a Crosstrek, so we came back the following weekend to drive a couple of those and make a decision. We decided on a used 2016 Limited. However, we would have to wait another week to buy it. Mark held the car for us until then. We came in today and bought it. Rohrman was very helpful all the way and Mark is Awesome! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
