Service Department is a Mess! I have purchased 1 and leased 2 Subaru's at Bob Rohrman over the years. The 4th was leased at Falcone Subaru in Indianapolis. Which is 45 minutes I have purchased 1 and leased 2 Subaru's at Bob Rohrman over the years. The 4th was leased at Falcone Subaru in Indianapolis. Which is 45 minutes away. The reason I switched to Falcone is the sales tactics Rohrman tried on me as I tried to lease Subaru #4. This review is more towards my recent service visit to Rohrman on 8/3/2019. I used the Express service lane for my 6,000 mile oil change. The oil change work was done under my pre-paid maintenance agreement. After explaining my reason for being there and the fact that the work is going to be done under my maintenance agreement, I leave at about 1:45 pm. 17 minutes later I receive a text from service dept. stating they discovered my "rear total toe is out of spec". They asked, would I like to have it re-aligned under a warranty claim. After texting Yes, I found myself wondering why after only 17 minutes of dropping off the vehicle for an oil change they would locate a suspension problem that I had no idea I had? This when I only brought the car in for an oil change. The car drove wonderful up to me bringing it in. After waiting 3 hours for the "It's ready" text from them, I texted asking when it would be finished. I immediately received a the response of "Just got done". Upon arriving to get my car, the service person tries to charge me $88 for the oil change stating, "You do not have the service agreement". After some back and forth, she realized I was right and I don't owe anything. Also she stated that since she believed there was no maintenance agreement the tires were not rotated. But if I would like to come back they would do it for Free! Obviously it would be free through the plan. So to end this, I took the car through the Express Lane on a weekday for routine 6000 mile maintenance. I ended up waiting 3 hours for them to correct a possibly phantom alignment problem, change the oil and filter and rotate the tires, which never got done. This service department is a mess. The facility is beautiful and they did a nice job washing the car but that is about it. More
Periodic Maintenance I was greeted by Service Advisor as I got out of my car. My car was due for an oil change and she knew that and knew my name ( I had not made an app I was greeted by Service Advisor as I got out of my car. The service was done relatively quick and I was on my way in less than an hour. More

Money hungry and lazy I constantly have to keep taking my vehicle in after they claim to repair it. NEED HELP?? MARTY McGLOTHLIN IS YOUR MAN!! Had not planned to buy new car, in for service. Checking out new cars while I waited, Marty approached me and offered to explain new features of the Had not planned to buy new car, in for service. Checking out new cars while I waited, Marty approached me and offered to explain new features of the 2019. I was interested in the safety features and other upgrades from my 2012. Marty explained updates, discussed prices, available models, etc. He took care of all details needed for purchase. Best part, after receiving the car, he spent as much time as needed to explain all the features that were new to me, and has continued to be involved with me as I learn about the new car. He worked with the finance department as I needed to make arrangements for payment. I was able to gain possession of the car as they agreed to hold my check!! Compared to my last purchase, Marty is a blessing. He has called to see if there is anything he can do to help. Also, he set me up with Anne for a private session on all features of the car!! The dealership is clean and comfortable and they are kid friendly with designated play areas. They have a tremendous selection of vehicles available. My salesperson, Jordan S. was very professional, efficient, and knowledgable about all aspects of the car. I wanted a car with the collision avoidance safety system - Jordan had detailed knowledge of the system and other features. He actually listened to what I wanted and worked with me to find the right car. I did not feel pressured and he and his colleagues were genuine and honest. I was surprised and thrilled that their finance team found a loan rate at almost .5% below the rate offered by my credit union with the same conditions. Everyone was friendly - I am a single woman and I have experienced condescension and less than truthful staff elsewhere in town. I had done my research so negotiation was fair and fast and I walked out with a great deal. The staff made buying arrangements around my schedule and updated me during every part of the sale. Highly recommended!! Let them try to beat your financing offer. More
Lazy, unhelpful, sarcastic I tried for two months to get someone to sell me a vehicle. After multiple visits, 5 salespeople, and three credit apps they still wouldn’t make a deal. The sales team misplaced my paperwork multiple times, thus the three credit apps. The lack of interest was insulting, and is something they will regret when the economy turns again. The last salesman I worked with flat out admitted to being so busy they don’t need my business. I’ve never worked so hard to give someone my money. I took my business to Indianapolis. Future buyers beware, they don’t need to make a deal, and they more than likely will not take you seriously if you appear to be under 30. More
