A lot of people in line. I was made feel important too. I had to take my car in for them to see it to order a replacement piece of trim. Even with it being so hectic the girls were very polite and business I had to take my car in for them to see it to order a replacement piece of trim. Made an appointment for recalls/repairs back in December and was told Wednesday 2/26 was pretty much first available. (11:00 am) Was told I would get a courtesy car while repairs were being facilitated. C and was told Wednesday 2/26 was pretty much first available. (11:00 am) Was told I would get a courtesy car while repairs were being facilitated. Came in early (9:30 am) due to another appointment close by. Explained to the service attendant an issue with driver side front seat possibly being defective. Received the courtesy car, went about my business. Returned at 4:30 PM, my car was done, parts had to be ordered for the seat repair. Phone call to schedule is pending. returned Courtesy car. More
