Two recalls and oil, lube, filter done in one visit I like the service personnel and the efficiency they bring to scheduling. Our Subaru Forester had two recalls and the parts had arrived for both. I needed the vehicle the next morning and I picked it up and headed to Illinois for a visit. My only problem is the loaner we were given. We were perfectly happy with our 2016 Forester until we got a 2020 Outback. Now we are having to consider buying an Outback. Next time I will take a 5 to 10 year old Subaru for a loaner. More

The Rohrman service department worked diligently trying to figure out the root cause. They changed out multiple components trying to isolate the issue. It was a very time-consuming process but they did a great job of sticking with the issue until they found the problem. The service representatives, especially Ashley, kept me up-to-date with the status of the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Each member of the service department that I worked with showed a genuine interest in helping alleviate my concerns. More

No communication I have never had an issue until this time. I was told my car would be ready to pick up at 4:00 PM. I arrived at 4:20. I was told by the customer service person that my car would not be done until the next day. Why didn't anybody call me and let me know? I then had to find a ride for the next day to be able to get to work!!! More

My wife and I are completely blessed to have a car dealership that still knows what TRUE customer service is all about.
