Above and Beyond in a Crazy Time I contacted several dealerships online to inquire about a vehicle I was searching for. Only Mark Cravatt, at Bob Rohrman Subaru responded by directly I contacted several dealerships online to inquire about a vehicle I was searching for. Only Mark Cravatt, at Bob Rohrman Subaru responded by directly addressing my needs and offering to work with me to find me what I wanted if they did not have it. Lucky for me, their inventory included exactly what I was looking for. Mark worked with me online, and later by phone, to make me an offer. My experience picking up the vehicle was perfect. All steps were taken to assure that I felt safe as far as social distancing. All paperwork was laid out on a table, a new pen was provided, the car was sanitized...AND, Mark was a wonderful person to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality customer service. More

I was contacted by their internet sales guy inquiring when a good time for me to come see and test drive the 2014 Honda CR-V. I gave them a time and was informed I would meet Mark Cravatt. I arrived a few mins early, the car was parked right out front, running and washed. I walked in the door and the first person I met was Mark. Mark was very professional and sought out how he could help me. I wanted to test drive and had a trade-in and gave him a ballpark payment I was looking for. Test drive went very well. Got back and Mark met me, asked how it went and asked me what I would like to do. He had all the numbers with vehicle history and what the dealership had done to the car. I said, Lets do this. Smooth. At no time did I feel pressure to buy. Mark was fantastic. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Bob Rohrman, the first was a new Odysee at their Honda franchise. xxxxxxto all who helped me including the internet guy and the finance guy. Wow!! To be charged 25 dollars for labor to change a cabin air filter and then another 25 dollars to change the engine air filter is not a fair price to me. For an oil change, tire rotation, complementary multi filter and then another 25 dollars to change the engine air filter is not a fair price to me. For an oil change, tire rotation, complementary multi point inspection, a complementary car wash and to change the cabin and engine air filters I paid $244.63. I don’t know the fair price of these services but this seems steep. I’m torn on recommending this service center. My service advisor Was very professional, kind and courteous. 5299 Jenny Scott. I noticed that these advisors are extremely busy. To the point they’re eating they’re lunch at the service desk. Give them their breaks away from the service desk. They deal with all customers, take care of them. I also overheard derogatory conversations about a female customer from the sales management are, had she or her husband heard these conversations there would be a lawsuit for sure. Clean house in that department. Makes me wonder what is said about my wife when we aren’t in earshot... More

Great Experience by a Caring Staff I had the opportunity yesterday to buy my second Subaru from John Pilatz, the same salesman who had helped me before. I had called two days ago, set u I had the opportunity yesterday to buy my second Subaru from John Pilatz, the same salesman who had helped me before. I had called two days ago, set up an appointment, told the person who made the appointment for me what I wanted to see, told that person I did not haggle, I paid cash, and I would only buy a vehicle if the price seemed right to me. When I arrived yesterday morning, John had one of the cars in which I was interested pulled up to the front door. After I looked at it and expressed my reservations, he quickly found two of another model. I chose one of those. He figured the price, and we agreed that I would purchase the 2020 vehicle, trading in my 2018 Subaru Forester. I agreed to come back at a designated time in the afternoon. I met with John, as well as Joe Shane, who was in in charge of the paperwork. Both of them were extremely helpful, providing me with an even better price, which allowed me to extend warranty on the vehicle and prepay all six-month checkups for 84 months. This was a pleasant experience and makes me happy to deal with Bob Rohrman Subaru. More
