Long wait I came in for an oil change for my new Subaru. It was over 2-1/2 hours from drop off to leaving the dealership. I understand there was a problem with the oil change bays. I received a text from Austin Denny after an hour saying there was a problem and they would keep me informed. Nothing further. I texted him after two hours asking what the problem was. He then told me about the bay issue. When I finally picked up the paperwork I told him it was unacceptable. He sarcastically told me to have a nice day as I walked away. Long wait, no communication and, sarcasm. Problems occur, handling it well is the key. I must say, also, that the general feeling I get from the staff is not upbeat. More

Oil change and windshield replaced. Problem that they left stains on the interior of the car when doing windshield replacement. The black smudges all around the interior of the windshield. Quoted me nearly $100 more on a lease than Falcone. This was after I point blank asked the manager if this was the best he could do.
