Never Satisfied I see positive reviews and wonder how these customers have gotten such 'good service.' I have a vehicle that still has some service coverage/protection, so I am stuck with using the dealership. I don't remember a time where I left feeling good about my service. Most times, I can't even get through to the service department. I never receive phone calls back when I leave messages. I've had to return several times because I didn't get a first-time fix on an issue. I'm just never satisfied dealing with this service department. More
