Taking care of my car. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care the service personnel took for me and my Outback. Although the wait was more than I expected due I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care the service personnel took for me and my Outback. Although the wait was more than I expected due to the 60K service due, I was able to get a loaner car that allowed me to go for lunch and at the same time, experience one of the new Outbacks and their new features. Had to replace a tire. Pretty sure it could’ve been plugged instead. Building waiting area was closed and it was raining. Had to stand outside. appointment I had a scheduled appointment at 8:30 am upon arrival I was told my service would be approximately 90 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I went to the service I had a scheduled appointment at 8:30 am upon arrival I was told my service would be approximately 90 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I went to the service desk to find out a technician had not looked at my car. I was told it was still in line to be looked at!!! My oil had been changed and tires were rotated but my car had not been pulled into the bay yet for a diagnosis. At this point I was not happy my appointment was at 8:30am not when ever it was convenient for them. I had another appointment at 12:30 so I told them to bring me my car it was time for me to leave. After requesting my car Tory went to the service desk and talked to a man then came back and said what if we could get your car in now? If they could have gotten it in then they could have gotten it in now. It took the point off losing a customer to get the service department to step up and try to make things right but it was to late. At no time did anyone communicate with me about anything ! Very unhappy with the service department. I work 7 days a week 11 hours a day so it is very hard for me to get my car to the dealership for a service I am on vacation taking time to to get my car serviced before leaving , to go on vacation, wasting my precious time at your dealership. I should have been offer a free tire rotation and oil change after waiting 2 1/2 hours and not getting the service I went for. More

Not pleased with the service department at all. They do not check out the problems we have had with the car. There is a rattle in the eyesight area and right rear back seat passenger side at door will leak not check out the problems we have had with the car. There is a rattle in the eyesight area and right rear back seat passenger side at door will leak water when going through car wash and puddles. This is the second time we have not had the problem fixed and they say everything is fine, and we pick up car and all problems still here More
