Picked up a Nissan Pathfinder from this dealer and the customer service was great, but the day after I took the car home I began to have issues with the vehicle. Took the car into Nissan only to find out customer service was great, but the day after I took the car home I began to have issues with the vehicle. Took the car into Nissan only to find out the transmission needed $2000 worth of work. When I called to talk to the sales rep he stated he would have the manager call me back which didn’t happen until I called back repeatedly. I was told that there was nothing they could do because the car was as is. I understand that the car was as is, but any respectable dealer should sell reliable vehicles or disclose any issues with the vehicle they are selling you. I am a father of 3 kids so having my kids in a reliable and safe vehicle is important. They didn’t care about that and It says a lot about the way they do business and I don’t recommend anyone doing business with them. More
