Mr Robinson, With all due respect to you we have a solid reputation for doing the right thing at our dealership. Our leadership team was very cordial discussing this with you. We are very happy that Nissan was able to cover the repairs needed to your vehicle under warranty. No vehicle or situation is perfect but insinuating that we purposefully sold a vehicle with an issue just isn’t fair and it certainly isn’t the truth. I stand where I stand with this issue. I find it funny how you are trying to act as if your team was so helpful when I had to call back 3 times to get a manager to return my calls! Your reputation sucks by the way judging by other reviews! It took me bashing your dealership online in order to get a quick response! If only you would have acted that fast to return my calls! Nissan didn’t cover everything by the way and if you would have returned my call then you would have known this! You sold me a car that had issues and you knew this the whole time. It speaks on your ability to thoroughly check vehicles that you were putting up for sale. If you would have done this then you would have known that you were putting a father with three kids in a unreliable vehicle. Even the dealership I took it to, to get the car inspected agreed that this car was not thoroughly checked over. I will also be sharing my experiences with other websites and your very rude response via social media. Take care 😊😊😊
