I popped into the dealer to discuss an issue I was having with my car, since I was in the area. I planned to schedule the car for several additional services, and was offered a same-day appointment "on the with my car, since I was in the area. I accepted, they had me in a loaner car and a couple of hours later my car had all refreshed fluids and oils, and the warranty issue taken care of. I’ve been going to this service center since I bought my Subaru back in December of 2016 and I continue to be disappointed more and more. Sometimes I get a temporary fix that lasts a few days but most of the time they tell me everything looks good when it clearly isn’t. I have found numerous mistakes after bringing my car here for a repair and yesterday they returned my car with dirt and grease all over the steering wheel. Looking for a new garage for future maintenance and repairs. More
