this time very frustrated!! Engine issues, 4 eye-sight! after my routine oil change and tire rotation, I had nothing but issues,, engine light came on Friday morning, 4eyesight system didn't work, called t after my routine oil change and tire rotation, I had nothing but issues,, engine light came on Friday morning, 4eyesight system didn't work, called told me to check a few things, all ok, check engine light was on all weekend but care running good. On Monday I took it in for a check up everything started to work, they told me that I have to pay $140 for a more detail inspections to see why this happen, this is ridiculous! this morning, 4eye-system not working again, radios didn't work, system flashing back and forth, when I got to work all seems ok. there is a glitch in the electronic system, for sure, something happen when I had my oil change. This is so frustrating for me, Subaru supposed to be one of the best and at 38,000 miles I'm having these issues!! Making me think twice about getting another one in 2 years. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and asked why it might be using extra oil between changes; my service guy, Jack, found that my model was under warranty for excessive oil consumption and suggested testing this; when I brought it back to measure and found that it was indeed, we scheduled the repairs. Jack always patiently updated me through the process of the repairs, and now my car is running so much better. Friendly and excellent service all around! More

Damaged my vehicle I took my 2015 WRX here for an oil change and to fix a recall. When my fiancé picked it up and got it home the next day, I immediately noticed damage I took my 2015 WRX here for an oil change and to fix a recall. When my fiancé picked it up and got it home the next day, I immediately noticed damage to the front bumper. It looked like it was scraped pretty bad. On top of that, the had attempted to paint it WITH THE WRONG PAINT COLOR. We called immediately and brought it back in. They told us they started to repair it because that's what they thought they were fixing. They also coincidentally lost the intake paperwork on my car, stating the condition of the vehicle and the work I asked to be performed. After getting I'm contact with Subaru of America, and them contacting the dealership, the dealership basically admitted it. Stated that they didn't have enough time to fix it and that they would not be handling it anymore. That I really basically a risk you take when you bring your car on for service. That was completely unacceptable, and even though they are 15 minutes from my home I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again. More

Unbelievably good dealership We bought our new Subaru here and our salesperson (Jim Madsen) was just tremendous. So we decided to take the car here to get a tire checked out after We bought our new Subaru here and our salesperson (Jim Madsen) was just tremendous. So we decided to take the car here to get a tire checked out after rolling over some debris in the road. The folks in the service department took care of it right away, removing the debris and making sure there was no leakage. Since no repair was needed, they did all of this free of charge! I was floored. But, then, that's consistent with the way Jim Madsen and everyone else at the dealership has treated us from day 1, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. I highly recommend this dealership if you plan to buy a new Subaru. And whether you bought it here or elsewhere, this is the place to get your Subaru serviced. You'll be amazed! More
