Ace was an Ace I brought my car in for an oil change however it had recently.been damaged from a rear end collision. My Service advisor was so patient and caring he I brought my car in for an oil change however it had recently.been damaged from a rear end collision. My Service advisor was so patient and caring he even took the time to tape up my loose bumper so the car was safer to drive until I can get it fixed. Great Service The evening before a long out of town work trip I hit some road debris on the interstate and blew a tire. I obviously didn't have an appointment but I showed up at the service center first thing in the morning, explained what had happened and they had me out the door less than an hour later with a new tire mounted, balanced and installed. Best Dealership Around! We've enjoyed every visit to Kenosha Subaru since our Outback purchase almost two years ago. John Bamber, who sold us our Outback, is fantastic and a We've enjoyed every visit to Kenosha Subaru since our Outback purchase almost two years ago. John Bamber, who sold us our Outback, is fantastic and always chats with us when we're in for service. We always get great service, too, though this last time we received synthetic oil instead of conventional oil (as recommended for the 3.6R) in our oil change. However, it appears that the owner's manual cites the synthetic oil as "optimal" for the 3.6, so I guess we're okay. We also got a discount for the error. Other than that, we always are happy with how the staff treats us - other dealerships could take lessons from Kenosha Subaru! More
Oil change and 22,000 mile check up I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and check up. I thought I was having some difficulties with my eye sight. When I checked in they explained I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and check up. I thought I was having some difficulties with my eye sight. When I checked in they explained that it might be due to weather but they would certainly check it out. They also explained that it might take a little longer than a regular check up appointment. It did turn out to be a weather related issue but the service team was very willing to investigate the cause More
