I did not appreciate the fact that the dealership change their credit card acceptance policy charging each customer 3% service fee for using the credit card as a form of payment and I was not informed about their credit card acceptance policy charging each customer 3% service fee for using the credit card as a form of payment and I was not informed about it until I saw the cashier for making the payment. Also the record for the maintenance plan that I had one oil change and tire rotation on wasn't accurate and I was made feel like the dealership was doing me a favor by accepting the last free service from that plan.
