I have not had a bad experience with any of the service people. Even when I call to make an appointment and have questions Matt and Jack address my concerns. However, this has nothing to do with service but it happened when I brought my car in for service. Lori G. was waiting for me in the waiting area to talk about me trading in my car. For one I was at the dealership close to 2 hours more than I wanted/needed to be. I am not thinking about getting a new car in the near future. I was curious to see what changes were made on the new cars, but that was it. She had the assumption I was going to buy the exact same car that I have, just newer. I never said I would buy another Forester. It could be a different car at your dealership. I am not in the market to change vehicles now! When I am looking, I look for a good interest rate and deal to get another lease. I did not know ahead of time Lori was going to be trying to talk me into another lease/car. I do NOT appreciate how Lori was waiting and trying to push me int a new lease. More

Great service as always I had a crossthreaded lug nut, and I broke it off when changing to my winter tires. I took the car in and they fixed it quickly, and at no cost!
