Terrible experience getting a backup key. We scheduled an appointment for a backup key fob (I was already frustrated that the car we bought from them only came with one) and I was willing to p We scheduled an appointment for a backup key fob (I was already frustrated that the car we bought from them only came with one) and I was willing to pay what I knew would be a high price just to get it done right instead of going to an outside service. They programmed the new fob for our 2015 forester but when they gave it to us it was missing the physical key that is supposed to be inside the keyless fob as a backup. The outside of this missing part of the key also contains the loop that the keychain goes through. So we paid $300 for a key fob we can’t even put on our keychain. Then we were told we could order the key but it would be an additional charge and that we had not originally ordered this part of the key. The idea that you’d sell a $300 key in 2 parts and that we were supposed to know that before we scheduled our service is ridiculous. The service tech was friendly but the rest of the experience was poor. Even if a mistake was made the least they could have done is ordered us the other part of the key for free. Now I have to search online for a key blank just so I can put the key on my keychain because I don’t want to deal with the dealership anymore. More
Great work, but long wait. Kenosha Subaru does great quality work! The people there are friendly and always take the time to explain what needs to be done with your car and how Kenosha Subaru does great quality work! I would rate them much higher if was not for the long wait times for a simple oil change. If you book an appointment for an oil change its a wasted effort. I have had several oil changes done here over the last two years History has proven there is absolutely no time difference if you have an appointment or if you just drive up. Preference should be given if you book an appointment. More

Made the best of an unfortunate situation I brought in a new to me Outback (purchased elsewhere) for a thorough check over the entire vehicle. Adam Salinas was my service advisor and from the I brought in a new to me Outback (purchased elsewhere) for a thorough check over the entire vehicle. Adam Salinas was my service advisor and from the first handshake he was friendly and informative. He introduced me to Jake, the technician that would be working on my car and they both walked me through what they would be looking at/for. Unfortunately, there was a lot more wrong than expected :( Jake and Adam had me come in while my car was up on the rack and showed me everything that was wrong and made repair recommendations. Adam kept me updated through the whole repair process. When I picked my car up they both again were very informative on what was done in addition to recommending future service to keep it in top condition. I will not be going anywhere else for service and will absolutely recommend Kenosha Subaru! More
