Service like Family Jack knew I had a headlight out, that we had to drive a distance and that bad weather was upon us. Although other advisers wanted us to wait a full 24 Jack knew I had a headlight out, that we had to drive a distance and that bad weather was upon us. Although other advisers wanted us to wait a full 24 hours for an appointment to change our headlight, Jack wanted us to be safe, and changed out headlight the same day. Oil change and rotattion of tires I had made a call to set up an appointment for an oil change and rotation of tires and I was told by the service person that there was a coupon on lin I had made a call to set up an appointment for an oil change and rotation of tires and I was told by the service person that there was a coupon on line for an oil change not sure about the rotation of the tires. I had asked how much the oil change was and I was given a price of $49.00 and rotation of tires $19.00, My husband took in the car and when it was time to pay for the service the bill came to $89.00. Much to my surprise the amount was a lot more than I was quoted. So this will be the last time I take my car in for service on my dime. More

Super Disappointed With Service Super disappointed with the service I received on Friday 1/11/2018. I pulled into the service dock and a gentleman said someone will be right with you Super disappointed with the service I received on Friday 1/11/2018. I pulled into the service dock and a gentleman said someone will be right with you - no greeting. I waited for a few mins until a gentleman who was in the parts dept yelled across saying again that someone will be right with me. I waited some more and another gentleman asked if I was being helped. I said no, just been waiting here. He took my info and said it would be roughly 40/45 mins. He never asked if I was having issues with the car and didn't seem friendly (this was Jack Byrne). I went to the waiting area and saw my car being pulled up about 30/35 mins later. I waited about 10 mins and still no one came to talk to me about my car. I thought this was odd since the customer beside me received an entire breakdown of what was done on his car and what to expect for the next visit. I went out and asked what’s taking so long and Jack Byrne said nothing and gave another employee the paperwork so he could handle the close out. Not once did I get a ‘Hello, welcome to Subaru’, as was done in all my previous visits. In the past they would talk to me about what was done on the car, but that step was missed with me for whatever reason. I do not plan on leasing another vehicle from this location. The managers response to this issue was “you seem to have your mind made up. Have a good night.” Great job Kenosha Subaru, NOT! More

I also felt very confident with the mechanic working on my car , Him having many years of experience working on Subarus, explain to me exactly what needed to be done and why all the while showing me the parts that needed repair, so there was no question or doubt about what was being done and why.
