Kenosha Subaru - Service Center

Blah., No one said a word to me when i walked into the service department. They all saw me, I didn’t get a “I’ll be right with you” or a nod or anything. I No one said a word to me when i walked into the service department. They all saw me, I didn’t get a “I’ll be right with you” or a nod or anything. I had an appointment and the people took care of every walk in, even people who arrived after I did. No one asked me anything. People just drove their cars up and someone took care of them. Since I don’t work there, and there are no signs telling me what to do I stood there like an idiot for 10 minutes. When the guy finally got to me there was no “sorry to make you wait” or anything. When I bought my car everyone was so nice and accommodating, but I guess Subaru has my money now so customer service is out the window. I guess I expected better after spending $46k on a car. I have no idea of anyone’s name who “helped” me, i was too annoyed to look. More

Problem not resolved My car has been into the service department twice due to my CD player quite often will not recognize my audiobook cd's. Excellent Customer Service I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and und I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. I was towed there late in the day and they squeezed me in to check for any damage. They ended up waiving the diagnostic fee and only charged me for the labor to check for damage. They were fantastic! From beginning to end, All the Subaru employees (Roadside Assistance and Dealership) helped make a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will forever be a Subaru customer! More

It was a bit expensive yet worth the quality. I brought my crosstrek in for a recall notice on the brake light switch. Then also to get an oil change. Free Exterior Car Wash was ok but could have been better considering everything. Overall great service yet pricey and could be better. Perhaps some more attention to customer concerns would be appreciated to help find a solution.. More
