Battery Problem surfaced Each of my servicings for the last two and a half years has seemed great. But from the first servicing when I told the guy that when I started my car Each of my servicings for the last two and a half years has seemed great. But from the first servicing when I told the guy that when I started my car it seemed that the battery was low and not functioning at full power. This symptom has remained constant for all this time and a few months ago I had to have the car jumped. I didn't do anything then. Now this morning, it almost didnt start so I took it to have the battery tested and it came back not full power after it had been driven for a good while. I replaced the battery for about $150 and low and behold, it started up strong and fast like it had never done from the day I got it. That originalbattery has been faulty all this time and no one either bothered to check it or wasn't honest about the results. I am livid. More

Damaged my dashboard Brought the car in for an airbag recall. Technician damaged my dashboard by digging tools into it. Turned around in the parking lot and showed the service manager. They contacted an interior detailing specialist and paid for them to fix it. Downfall was having to come back with a busy schedule. Otherwise Rachel and the service manager were extremely nice and welcoming. I will be coming back. A Subaru enthusiast group in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois recommended this dealership. They fixed my tire problem. I had made a turn to leave my bank to sharply and ended with a shredded tire. When I made the appointment they were able to replace the tire, realign I had made a turn to leave my bank to sharply and ended with a shredded tire. When I made the appointment they were able to replace the tire, realign all the tires and were very respectful to the wife who made the trip necessary. It did take two trips since they had to order the replacement tire but all went well. I'm just sorry that I didn't get the names of all the people who helped so I could thank them in this review. More
