Disappointed This is the second time I have used this service and the second time, there has been a problem with my tire pressure. 1st time I noticed after a shor This is the second time I have used this service and the second time, there has been a problem with my tire pressure. 1st time I noticed after a short drive, dash sensor readings were showing problems, went back in and they re-checked and completed fixing so all were back where they should be. This time I noticed a low tire pressure warning on my way home. Have since had add air to all four tires, that were out of balance and obvious to me had never been checked. All were below 27 More

Radar sensors were replaced in less time than I expected. Adam had a loaner vehicle ready for my use but I didn't need to use it because I was early enough to stop at McDonald's to pick up a breakfast first. Exceptional Customer Service We received an email alert from Subaru that an "OTA" (Over The Air) STAR LINK software update was available for our new Forester. The problem we had We received an email alert from Subaru that an "OTA" (Over The Air) STAR LINK software update was available for our new Forester. The problem we had was that our WIFI signal did not reach our apartment's parking area. I called Kenosha Subaru and explained our predicament. Bri scheduled us for an appointment the following day and we were welcomed by Subaru Service Advisor, Jack Byrne who took care of us. He turned our vehicle over to their Super Technician, Tucker Juergens. Tucker did a fine job of updating the software. And we even got a complimentary car wash. Now that's what we call Exceptional Customer Service! More
No real help Brought my car in for service, the price quoted on the phone for the service did not match what I was charged, even after I pointed it out. Still charge me more then what was quoted over the phone. Also don't buy the EPP, it's a waste of money, they don't stand behind it. I have an issue regarding rust on a door jam (a weird place). Never received paperwork on this (EPP) so I have nothing to refer to, as well as the tire/wheel service contact never was giving any paper contact. Only have a verbal statement of coverage at the time I was closing a deal on my car. More
