Outstanding! I recently had a flat tire on the way to work. I work at a hospital and obviously the COVID-19 has been very difficult for everyone, including people I recently had a flat tire on the way to work. I work at a hospital and obviously the COVID-19 has been very difficult for everyone, including people like me who have limited PPE (personal protective equipment). Not only was my tire fixed quickly, but I also was so very touched by the kindness and thoughtfulness of staff. There was a thank you note and some Subaru items including a face mask, water bottle and sunglasses, and peanuts! I was so moved by the intention of the Subaru team. In these difficult times it is easy to take for granted core staff, but please do acknowledge what wonderful people they are! Not just as professionals and work related things, but just as people. Poor communication, Delayed work I dropped my car off first thing in the morning for brake replacement, and I received a loaner vehicle. The drop off with Adam went smoothly, he was very personable, and the loaner vehicle was great. The problem was that there was no communication throughout the day on when my car will be done and when it was completed. I was told that Subaru would be open until 9 pm, but when I showed up at 7 pm after work, I was approached by an employee who told me service was closed but he guessed he could let me in. It was very difficult to be satisfied with the service when no one was there to tell me everything that they did in my car. More
