It was really 5 stars for the service I received but they gave me a scare by not having my appointment on the books when I got there. I have a more complex (and apparently a lot more expensive) car to work on, being the BRZ versus the AWD vehicles that are normal at Subaru. We got our first Subaru in 1999. First one was in Cedar Rapids, IA, second one was in Leesburg, VA, and the last two from Kenosha Subaru. They are by far the best dealership we’ve ever had.
