I had questions about my vehicle and he took the time to explain it to me. I never felt like my questions were unwelcome. I would highly recommend working with Tony. His honesty and genuinity was refreshing and it made it easy to trust him and the process. Mark was also a pleasure to work with. He shuttled me to a nearby library while I waited for my car. Thank you to both of you for taking such good care of me and my car. More
Horrible customer service They offer coupons to bring the customers however charge you full price. if you don’t catch it then they will not tell you. Then after fixing your fro They offer coupons to bring the customers however charge you full price. if you don’t catch it then they will not tell you. Then after fixing your front breaks, the car will all of a sudden start squeaking and claim that now the back brakes need to be done. I always like bringing my car to the dealer however if they have me a free Nissan I wouldn’t take it. This dealership is horrible More

And at this point I didn't know what to believe I was totally confused about what was going on with my car at that time it was something very very simple. More
Great service! My experience was great from the beginning when I called to make an appointment all the way to the end after my car was serviced. The phone rep who took my call was very friendly and squeezed me in last minute for the following day. The service rep Tony Ortiz greeted me with a smile and handled my intake very quickly. There service on my car was quick and painless. I came in because my car was making a rattling sound on right turns. The diagnosis was that it was my rotor knocked out of alignment. Thankfully it wasn't anything worse. I appreciate everything this location has done for me and the excellent service they provide. Oh and there was wifi, coffee and cookies in the waiting area. Great job everyone! More

Service experience My nissan rogue was there for a left front strut, only took one day which was nice, courtesy car provided covered by extended warranty. Strut replace My nissan rogue was there for a left front strut, only took one day which was nice, courtesy car provided covered by extended warranty. Strut replacement requires alignment on these vehicles per all data and mitchell labor time guides and was on the invoice charged to the warranty, however i believe it was never aligned, vehicle pulling hard to the right after repair and no spec sheet from alignment was attached to invoice. Not sure if it was done , hopefully someone reaches out so a proper alignment with a spec sheet can be provided, so other customers do not question a paid service that is not performed correctly or performed at all. Best part of the process was christine who gave me the rental vehicle, she is delightful and friendly. Thanks for your time. More
