Kevin was helpful and seems to know his job. Ous salesperson was Alyssa and she was very helpful and friendly....although multiple people in the dealership were not aware of the fact that the A Ous salesperson was Alyssa and she was very helpful and friendly....although multiple people in the dealership were not aware of the fact that the Armada comes equipped with a trailer hitch. At time of purchase there was only 1 fob for our car. One was ordered and my wife returned later once it arrived to pick it up. Service was not prepared and my wife had to wait 2 hours after she arrived for the fob to be programmed before she was released.. More
