He's knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles, his own personal experiences, and what he thought was going to be a good fit for me. He responded to all phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. He worked with us and always replied back in a timely manner. Also, he was respectful and flexible. He even worked it out that when I needed a second key, instead of me driving back to the dealership which is a bit out of my way, the key program representative was able to meet me closer to my job and take care of things.
