Shout out to the Fixer Upper team. Amazing service! We checked a few other dealerships that were unresponsive or all around pushy. Adam Smith responded to my email right away this morning after emailing i checked a few other dealerships that were unresponsive or all around pushy. Adam Smith responded to my email right away this morning after emailing interest in the van the night before. He was quick to answer my questions and even had the van ready and warmed up for us to test drive. Upon returning from our test drive, we were immediately welcomed by the team of guys there. All 3 were extremely down to Earth and personable. George Cholo and Adam worked hard together to get all the paperwork and bank stuff taken care off. Duane Scholten even took it upon himself to brush off the snow of our other vehicles that were parked. We felt very confident in our purchase and in their service. We were also thanked by each one of them for our business and it felt truly genuine. We will highly recommend that team of guys to our friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle!! Bought a Rogue from Jeff in 2017 who said it was never in any accident despite the cracked window. Window fixed and I drive home. Vehicle continues to have random noises. After only a year I try trading in a any accident despite the cracked window. Window fixed and I drive home. Vehicle continues to have random noises. After only a year I try trading in and no other dealer will take it as they show me the frame which has been welded. Fast forward to December 2021 when I test drive a Pathfinder with a different sales guy.. Carfax says it has a rear bumper accident. Jeff walks over and states he knows the vehicle well as it’s friends of his that traded it in. When I asked about the accident, he said they hit a deer…excuse me? They backed into a deer? More
