I bought a BMW from them 7 months ago and since then the alternator went out....turbo went out and as of last week the motor blew. I tried contacting them and they completely quit responding. I even asked to trade it in and take a small hit on negative equity and they offered me $3000 for junk value. Completely unprofessional and do not stand behind their vehicles. More
So apparently when you write a bad review it does not make it to their website. I purchased a 2022 Frontier from Carson April 8 this year. Vehicle only had one key fob. Told carson I would need both that make it to their website. I purchased a 2022 Frontier from Carson April 8 this year. Vehicle only had one key fob. Told carson I would need both that originally came with. He said he would get one from their key vendor in about a week. Weeks go by, no contact. Call Carson and am told he was checking with parts department. Another week nothing, I call and leave a message for his sales manager Dustin Crist , never a call back but Carson emails and now says he is trying to get approval for something he told me he would do for me in the sale, Oh and after leaving the review for non contact they would not approve the key fob Carson promised. Moral of this story and dealership, dont trust what they say, typical car dealer. More
