I drove from Grand Rapids, where there are hundreds of dealerships right around the corner from me, just to purchase from Elhart again! Jennifer is about selling YOU a car, not selling a CAR to you! I told her the vehicle I wanted and she did not try to push another vehicle on me, like most dealerships have done me in the past. Jennifer's personality is so amazing and she made my sister and I feel like extended family! She was conscious of my budget and offered her best advice on the process of trading and buying. I have told everyone I know, family, friends and co-workers about the great service I've received each time from Jennifer O. and the Elhart staff! Outstanding Black Friday Experience We were referred to Elhart from a smaller local dealership who couldn’t help us with our unique financing needs. The minute we walked in the door we were immediately greeted and connected with the Kia sales manager, Dustin Crist. He listened to our situation and without hesitation directed us to Jennifer OBrien-Martinez. Jennifer went above and beyond to help us. She made us feel like we were her most important customers during a very hectic Black Friday. What could have been a very uncomfortable situation,due to our financing needs, was made easy and comfortable because of Jennifer’s expertise and caring personality. We knew we were in good hands when she went out of her way to make phone calls on our behalf and hugged us when we left. She made us feel like family and that means everything.
